When she discovered breath work and what this healing modality did for her, she knew she had to share it with other people. She was going to school to become a trauma therapist and wanted to use traditional talk therapy as way to heal others but what she realized is that breath work induces the same healing, if not better! Breath work has allowed her to reach her highest and truest potential and she hopes to do this for other people in the community. In October of 2022 she completed her training with Awakened Breath and has been practicing ever since. With a focus on group and community healing she also offers one-on-one private sessions and sessions via zoom. If you are struggling having a break through, please join Laura in a breath work session so you can get out of the mind and straight into the body!" } ] } ] ```
