Steps for Life 5k of South Florida

Gift of Life’s Steps for Life Run&Walk is the only 5k in the South Florida area solely dedicated to raising awareness for blood stem cell and marrow transplants. Gift of Life uses funds raised at Steps for Life to add new donors to the worldwide marrow registry.

Registering one volunteer donor costs $60, and it is thanks to the generosity of our supporters that we can continue our lifesaving work!

8:00 am – Registration
9:00 am – Welcome Ceremony
9:05 am – Introduction of transplant recipient to stem cell donor
9:15 am – Kids Superhero Sprint
9:30 am – 5k Run & Walk
Celebration and Awards following race

- Certified and timed
- Food, music, kids area
- Donor recruitment drive
