Kundalini yoga Sundays are a great way to reset the week. Join us for this special 1:15 class that targets different areas of the body, with a fresh sequence each time. Open to all levels and all practitioners. 

What to expect
Mantra: Chanting to set intention and elevate energy
Breathwork: Conscious breathing techniques to energize and balance
Repetitive timed movement: Focused, steady sequences to move energy and awareness
Introspection: Inner reflection and mindful processing
Yoga philosophy: Gentle integration of the wisdom behind the practice
Deep relaxation: Extended Savasana. Post-practice rest to integrate the benefits

How to Prepare
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Optional: In Kundalini Yoga, wearing all white is a tradition used to maximize the practice's energetic effects by expanding the aura, promoting purity, and strengthening mental clarity. Have a yoga mat & water.
