We meet in between Lifeguard Stand #2 and #3, just north of South Beach Park Pavilion (400 N State Road A-1-A, Boca Raton, FL 33432). Look for a large "Meditation with Dani La Barrie" sign.No meditation experience is required. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, sheet, or towel (whatever you're most comfortable with).
