Candlelight Yoga, Meditation sand Sound Bath upporting Kindness Angels

Please join us and the Kindness Angels and start the year off right with an evening of candlelight yoga, meditation, sound bath, tranquility and serving our community at the beautiful Waterstone Resort & Marina Boca Raton.

This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, reset and make a difference in the community. A ticket and 2 non perishable items is what we ask in exchange for an evening of gentle yoga poses, mindfulness meditation and the healing vibrations of a sound bath. You will also get the chance to purchase raffles and win some cool prizes.

Kindness Angels are a committed and compassionate group of volunteers serving people in Palm Beach County experiencing homelessness and hunger, underprivileged and foster children, people in recovery and so on. Their tasks are so easy and heartwarming like cooking a dish, donating some essential needs and doing one good deed, one small act of kindness at a time.
