Wonder Women Support Group

This women’s mental health support group provides a safe, empowering space where women can openly share their experiences, build resilience, and support one another in their mental health journeys. Through connection and community, members are encouraged to grow stronger together.

Our women’s mental health support group connects adult females who live with mental illness in a structured discussion format. The program is limited to female adults living with a mental health diagnosis in order to promote self-disclosure in a safe, relaxed, supportive and confidential environment. These support groups are led by NAMI trained facilitators who are “Living in recovery” themselves.
