November - Yoga Nidra w/ Kerry

Join Kerry for her monthly Yoga Nidra class. This is a regular event that your membership includes. Come care for your self with this deep rest hour class. Book early because it fills up quick.

Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep rest and relaxation. It takes you to the waves of sleep, but with a seed of awareness. Be prepared to lie comfortably for the entire practice, and be guided in meditation and bathed with sound.
