Embrace the new moon's energy and join this wonderful 90-minute workshop featuring asana, meditation, card pulling, and shared insights. This experience will be hosted by Erika, who has 13 years of experience in yoga and has led sessions in San Diego, Boston, and Bluffton. She is an E-RYT500, YACEP, Personal Trainer, Retreat Curator, and more. Her advanced training includes studying under Rolf Gates and Annie Carpenter, focusing on personal growth and intelligent sequencing for health. At LMU, she learned about yoga’s clinical benefits. Erika values family time and is passionate about sharing yoga’s transformative power.
