Mom and Me Aerial Yoga Class

Join us during Winter Break for a fun mother and child aerial yoga class at the studio. Share a fabric for an opportunity to try aerial poses one by one, and then complete some partner poses together. Focus on working together, and having fun! No aerial yoga experience necessary. Perfect for kids aged 6-11.

$50 for both child and adult; 15% off for members
