- **Event Description**: We are so excited to welcome Nadia Semenova back  to teach a NEW powerful Inside Flow Workshop!

Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga; seamlessly linking movement with music. A flow is choreographed to the music, where you get to "sing the song with your body." Inside Flow focuses not on a final pose or asana itself, but more about how you get there. The magic is in the transition and the linking of pose to pose. 

In this 2 hour workshop,  Nadia will teach you the principals of Inside Flow and transitions, and teach us to move as group with our breath to the beat of the music. Movements will be slow and intentional with a lot of repetition which will help with transitions.

While this workshop is perfect for those new or experienced with Inside Flow, some general understanding of a vinyasa practice will definitely help as some transitions can be deemed very challenging.
