Ashtanga Primary Series

Ashtanga is BACK! Ashtanga is a dynamic form of vinyasa yoga, made up of six series or levels, with a fixed order of postures. Integrating all 8 limbs of yoga in this astanga vinyasa sequence the flowing movements between postures focus on energy and breath. While it is a very physical practice that will build strength and stamina it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace.

During each session, Stasia will break down the movements and the transitions between, building upon the foundation of the prior class. This series is good for both those who are new to the Astanga practice as well as those with experience.

This special Series will take place 4 Saturdays 1-2:30pm; 1/10 - 1/31.

$99 for the series, members receive 15% off; $30 for individual sessions
