- **Event Description**: Move Fitness & Yoga is partnering with Amy Spadafora to offer a unique experience; sound healing while suspended in one of our aerial hammocks. Sound healing is a cellular healing modality that uses frequency to penetrate the cells of the body, producing a state of deep relaxation that can relieve stress and improve emotional and physical well-being.

Workshop will begin with gently guiding you inside the hammock and finding a comfortable position.  Once settled, Amy will serenade you with singing bowls  as you lie and take it all in. Leave feeling relaxed, refocused, and refreshed. 

$40/person; 15% off for members
