𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐲 is a certified Breathwork, Reiki & Energy Balancing, and Sound Healing practitioner. Drawing on years of experience in holistic healing, Donna creates a safe and nurturing environment that supports relaxation, emotional wellbeing, and inner balance.⁣

𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐡𝐚𝐦 is a certified Sound Healing practitioner and musician. Combining traditional healing instruments with contemporary sound techniques and the expressive power of live vocals, Carly creates immersive soundscapes designed to calm the nervous system.⁣

𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫 brings the ancient resonance of the Yidaki, a traditional Indigenous Australian instrument, to the sound journey. Its rich, grounding vibrations provide a powerful foundation for relaxation and connection, adding depth and authenticity to the experience.⁣

Sound healing uses vibration and frequency to encourage the body and mind to enter a deeply relaxed state. As you are immersed in layers of sound, your nervous system is invited to shift from its current busy state into one of rest and restoration. This process may support slower brainwave activity associated with deep relaxation, helping to promote mental clarity, emotional balance, and an overall sense of wellbeing.⁣

The Sound Journey will run for approximately 90 minutes. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes early to settle into the space, set up your mat, and make yourself comfortable before we begin.

Please Note: we are unable to have you join the session after 2:10pm if you are running late, as it is too disruptive for other participants once we begin.
