A FREE 5-week yoga course for mums & bubs.
Join us for a FREE yoga course designed for mums with babies and, with the option to bring along your toddler as well. This gentle, playful session offers mums a chance to reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous system, and strengthen their connection with their little ones through breath, movement, play, and singing.
