- **Event Description**: Come out & share YOUR Bluefield Black history. ?

Black in Appalachia, in partnership with Bluefield State's William B. Robertson Library will be at the Harris-Jefferson Student Center to digitize your personal photographs, documents, funeral programs, school materials and church histories as they relate to Black life in the area. We'll also be set up to record oral histories, so come prepared to share you and your family's story.

All materials will be returned back to you the same day and you'll receive a thumbdrive of your items after the files are processed. Food will be provided thanks to the AKA - Beta Lambda Omega Chapter.
