Celebrate the longest day of the year by reconnecting with nature and your community. Join us for a special, soul-nourishing yoga flow inspired by the summer solstice, completely immersed in the middle of a beautiful, blooming flower field.

After we flow, you’ll have the opportunity to ground down, connect, and create your own beauty to take home with a custom make-and-take flower bouquet session.

Meet your instructor:

Meet Sydney Alana her love for yoga began in 2019 when she dipped her toes into the power of yoga. She grew to love various styles, but took a focus on kundalini yoga in 2022.

She has since been through two certification programs, one with MYT encompassing the fundamentals and one encompassing trauma informed kundalini.

While she has been immersed in the spiritual and metaphysical world since her younger years, her newfound understanding of how they work in synergy with yoga has deepened her personal and private practices.

With interests and degrees in business, yoga, reiki energy, crystal, and sound healing she weaves spirituality with practicality to create space to embrace one’s inner essence.
