Led by Glenda Masters, yoga instructor, violinist, certified sound healer, and Reiki Master, this deeply restorative session invites you on a meditative journey designed to promote relaxation, balance, and inner harmony. Each session begins with setting a personal intention, followed by gentle breathing exercises and guided meditation to prepare your mind and body for deep rest. As you lie comfortably in a restorative position, you'll be immersed in a soothing tapestry of sound created through crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, drums, violin, and other healing instruments. Glenda intuitively combines sound and Reiki energy to create a unique experience that supports relaxation, energetic balance, and renewal.

Sound healing is an ancient practice found in cultures around the world, using vibration and resonance to encourage a sense of well-being. As the sounds wash over you, the vibrations may help calm the nervous system, release physical and emotional tension, clear stagnant energy, and invite the body into a deeply restorative state. Combined with Reiki, these gentle yet powerful healing modalities create space for relaxation, self-reflection, and inner peace. Participants often leave feeling refreshed, grounded, rejuvenated, and more connected to themselves. No experience is necessary, and all are welcome—from beginners to experienced meditators.

What to Wear/Bring: comfortable, relaxed layered clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, water, blanket, any props needed for comfort (available at TW) and a journal (optional). Hydration encouraged. Please Note: If you have any metal implants or medical devices (such as a pacemaker), please consult your healthcare provider before registering for this experience.
