November Empress Circle: The Sacred Art of Rest

This month’s Empress Circle is different from previous Empress Circles. We'll still be doing all the great journaling and sharing, but our focus on the energy of REST. In this session, The Sacred Art of Rest, we'll include a restorative yoga sequence. This slow, restorative yoga sequence is an embodied reminder of how good it can feel to find stillness.
We’ll explore rest as a spiritual practice that restores your energy centers, balances your nervous system, and reconnects you to your divine essence. Through restorative yoga journaling, and Reiki, you’ll soften into the truth that you are safe to rest, safe to receive, and safe to be held.

Cozy hot herbal tea
Journaling + intention setting
Restorative yoga (holding in relaxed poses for 2+ mins)
Individual hands-on Reiki
Guided meditation
All levels, all bodies, and all seasons of life are welcome. This isn't a work out, this is a relaxation session. Dress in comfortable layers and bring your journal, yoga mat (if you have one) and any items that help you feel safe and cozy.
