No prior yoga or Reiki experience is necessary. This practice offers a safe, nurturing environment to rest, restore, and realign. Restorative Yoga practice involves holding yoga postures for longer periods while being completely supported by props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks, so you can release all muscular effort and relax. This is the ultimate stress relief experience. While in poses, you remain awake and aware of your breath and sensations within the body. Through the experience of stillness within the pose, you experience shifts in your emotional and mental well-being. Reiki Energy Work is a Japanese healing modality that channels your energy pathways to activate the body’s natural healing processes. This hands-on (or hands-off) energy healing technique promotes deep relaxation, stress relief, and energetic balance. While receiving Reiki, you may experience warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of peace.
