Hello Scout Leaders!

Get ready for an exciting opportunity! On behalf of the Blue Elk District Committee, I am thrilled to invite all of you—leaders of over 80 Packs, Troops, and Crews—to join us at this year's 2025 Program Fair! Mark your calendars for November 6, 2025, at the Colonial Hills Community of Christ Church in Blue Springs.

Kick off the event with lively District Announcements from 7:00 to 7:15 AM, then head into our dynamic programs display area where you'll discover a wealth of information and resources, and meet representatives dedicated to helping you run an outstanding unit program. Whether you're new to Cub Scouting, new to Scouts America, or just looking for fresh ideas, this event is your chance to boost your unit’s success!

Explore a variety of exciting District topics—from Membership and Training to Activities and Advancement—for both Cub Scouts and Scouts. Stay up-to-date and gain insights that will energize your scouting journey.

IBEX Climbing Gym will have a table at the Program Fair with information on programs offered to Scouts!

We will also have a drawing for prizes at the Program Fair.

Some of the items for door prizes are:

We have 3 camping tents that are designed for 3 people in tent
-IBEX gift certificate
-Scouting drink cooler bag
-Ammo bag

We encourage everyone to attend—especially those new to the program or those who haven't been to a Roundtable in a while. Come connect, learn, and be inspired!
