Join us for a hands-on evening of herbalism, plant education & creativity! This isn’t your typical follow-the-recipe workshop — you’ll learn about a variety of herbs, flowers, fruits and botanicals, then use what you’ve learned to formulate something completely your own.

Explore the botanicals with your senses — see them, smell them, taste them and discover their traditional uses, properties and flavor profiles — before creating a personalized herbal blend to name, package and take home!

Choose Your Botanical Experience:
🍵 Create Your Own Herbal Tea Blend — $35

Explore a full botanical tea bar filled with herbs, flowers, fruits and more! You’ll learn about the traditional uses and flavor profiles of different plants, along with how to combine them to create a balanced herbal tea.

Then the fun begins! Create a small sample blend, brew it right at the workshop, taste-test your creation and make adjustments until it’s just right. Once you’ve perfected your recipe, you’ll create your final blend, give it a name and package it to take home!

🍯 Make Your Own Herbal Oxymel — $35

Discover the traditional art of making an herbal oxymel! You’ll learn what an oxymel is, how honey and vinegar are traditionally used to extract botanical constituents, and explore the different properties of the herbs available to you.

Choose the botanicals that speak to you, formulate your own unique oxymel, give your creation a name and take it home with instructions for infusing, straining and using your finished blend.

Come ready to learn, experiment and create. Rather than everyone leaving with the exact same recipe, you’ll leave with a botanical creation that is uniquely yours — and a little more knowledge about the plants that went into it.
