Gather your puzzler friends and family and join us for a Jigsaw Puzzle Competition. Teams consist of 4 people. If you don’t know any other puzzlers, we will make every attempt to form teams of 4 during the registration period. Teams of less than 4 people will be allowed. No age limit—great family event!
Be the fastest group to complete a 500-piece puzzle to win prizes and bragging rights.
THE BASICS
• Each team receives the same puzzle
• No one gets to see the puzzle until the timer begins. You may want to bring something to cut the plastic and box seal.
• Individuals or teams try to put the puzzle together the fastest
• Competitions are a specified amount of time; if there is no declared winner by the end of the time limit, the winner is chosen by their remaining number of loose pieces
• There are no devices or outside assistance permitted while working on a puzzle
• Individuals and teams are not allowed to distract or approach team tables when the competition is in progress
• Each team will be given a banquet table and four chairs. You may bring your own trays or board or supplemental lighting—supply your own extension cord.
• Bring your own beverage and snacks.
Puzzle Exchange: During the event, there will be a “Leave a puzzle, take a puzzle” table.
