How much: $5/person suggested

What: This is a small & casual contra dance, where you can have fun dancing for a couple of hours, get help with techniques and flourishes, and pick up other contra dancing tips! It's a relaxed space to learn, ask questions, and help each other out. Both new & experienced dancers will enjoy this smaller, low-key contra dance!

Music: Want to play contra dance music? Bring your instruments, the open band welcomes all abilities! Show up at 6pm for an hour of jamming, and stick around to play for the dance if you can.
 
Calling: Alice Slater is the main caller and host for the evening. Want to call a dance? You totally can, get in touch! 

Note: As always, this dance is totally chem-free! No tobacco, alcohol, drugs or strong fragrances.
