Beneath the surface of our best intentions often lie shadows: unexamined beliefs, blind spots, and hidden narratives that quietly shape our choices. These shadows don’t just affect us; they ripple through our teams, our families, and our communities.

This retreat is an invitation to look inward with both courage and compassion. Together, we’ll explore how self-deception and shadow work are not signs of weakness, but doorways to greater self-awareness and authenticity. Through guided reflection, dialogue, and practical exercises, you’ll learn to:
