As the seasons shift, so do we. September invites us to turn inward to honor all we’ve moved through and to notice what’s ready to be harvested within us.

This month’s gathering is a gentle, grounding experience for women to reconnect to their inner voice through:

🎶 Nervous system regulating sound therapy
💬 Intentional conversation + community
🫖 Herbal tea + slow, sacred rest +light bites
