OASIS, Inc. is celebrating 47 years of serving survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault in the High Country! We are celebrating this milestone with Midnight on Saturday, November 15, 2025. We will gather at the stunning Meadowbrook Inn in Blowing Rock, NC for dinner, live music from Soul Benefactor,
dancing, and fellowship.
This year, we will be celebrating a major milestone for OASIS as we open a new Emergency Shelter in Avery County! Our goal for this life-saving expansion is to raise $750,000. This year has brought significant challenges, transitions, and upheavals to OASIS, including significant decreases in federal funding and
recovering alongside our community from the devastation of Hurricane Helene. Despite these challenges, we are concluding our 47th year of service with resilience, victory, and a deep commitment to our mission. This achievement is a testament to the unwavering dedication of community members like you.
