This small boutique restaurant was created by Catherine Thomas, Kyle Martin, and Sunshine Martin, who brought together their love of fine dining, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful hospitality.

Known for fresh cuisine, Café Violette works with local farmers whenever possible and builds its menu around what is in season, beautiful, and available. While the menu changes with the season, guests can look forward to French flavors, elegant seafood, thoughtful wine pairings, and beautifully crafted desserts inspired by Sunshine’s baking background.

Whether you are planning a date night, dinner with friends, or simply looking for a good reason to treat yourself, this is the perfect evening to enjoy a wonderful meal while helping the animals of Watauga County.
