The PIT Games is a high-energy, team fitness competition where strength, endurance, teamwork, and grit will be put to the test. Race against the clock through an epic series of challenges—with the fastest overall team taking home the win!

• Co-ed Teams of 3
• Each team must have at least ONE female competitor
• Only one team member works at a time (rotate however you'd like)
• Coaches will judge all reps and movement standards
• Lowest overall time wins

Wall Ball x 90 (20lb M/10lb W)
Slam Ball Slams x 150 (30lb M/20lb W)
Barbell Thrusters x 75 (75lb M/45lb W)
