For over 20 years, he has studied the ancient art science of Yoga and personal development. His studies have informed his long career as a musician and led him to become the host of the series “Outside Chance,” on Twin Cities PBS. The series emphasizes a growth mindset and explores activities and communities outdoors.His work as a Yoga instructor led him to co-found Peace In Practice to help more people find a place in Yoga and mindfulness practice.
