Downtown Bloomington is bringing back our Small Business Saturday "Shop. Stamp. Share" campaign for another successful week of holiday shopping!
Downtown shoppers will receive a stamp on their event passports after purchasing an item from each designated business. Once all stamps are received, visitors will share a picture of their stamps to enter in a drawing for a chance to win a giveaway from local Downtown Bloomington businesses! NEW THIS YEAR, participants must collect AT LEAST 10 stamps from 10 different Downtown Bloomington businesses to enter into the giveaway at the end of the event!
Shoppers will have ONE WEEK to participate in the passport event before winners of the giveaway are chosen! Make sure to post or turn in your passports by FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5th, during Downtown Bloomington's Once Upon a Holiday First Friday/Tree Lighting event!
Step 1: Shop!
Celebrate the official start to Small Business Saturday on Saturday, November 29th! Start shopping at your favorite Downtown shops for all of your holiday gifts! Shoppers will have one week to use their passports. The last day to use your passports will be Friday, December 5th!
Step 2: Stamp!
After each purchase at a participating Downtown Bloomington shop, collect a stamp within this booklet! Stamps will only be given when an item is purchased from the corresponding store, service, or restaurant! Shoppers MUST collect AT LEAST 10 stamps from 10 different shops in order to enter the giveaway at the end of the week-long event.
Step 3: Share!
Once all your shopping, dining, and unwinding is done for the week of the event AND AT LEAST 10 stamps are on your passports, share your passport with us by posting a picture of all your stamps and tagging Downtown Bloomington! Sharing will enter shoppers into a drawing for a gift basket of Downtown Bloomington goodies provided by all of your favorite Downtown businesses! Winners of the giveaway will be announced on the Friday AFTER the event ends on Friday, December 12th.
Passports can be picked up at select Downtown Bloomington businesses as well as the Downtown Bloomington Thanksgiving Farmers' Market!
For those who don’t have social media or prefer not to post, turn your passports into any of the participating Downtown businesses! This will also enter you into the drawing for the giveaway!
