Rooted in Nature

Feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands? Rediscover calm through Rooted in Nature, a 3.5-hour guided forest bathing experience designed to restore balance and well-being. Led by a certified, nature-informed professional, the program weaves together gentle movement, mindfulness, and quiet reflection. You will leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and equipped to continue deepening your connection with the natural world. Dress for the weather and bring your own water bottle. Each participant will receive a tree to plant in celebration of Arbor Day. The program takes place on a “moderate” trail, not suited for folks that cannot maneuver over rough terrain.
