Builders sessions focus on increasing housing supply through practical development tools and innovative approaches. Topics include affordable housing financing, land trusts and cooperative models, incremental development, and emerging construction methods, all grounded in real world examples.
Connectors sessions explore how relationships and community support can create housing stability. Topics include addressing generational poverty, relational poverty, faith and community-based housing efforts, and elevating lived experience, with an emphasis on models that can be adapted locally.
Improvers sessions examine how policies and systems can be strengthened to remove barriers and improve outcomes. Topics include landlord engagement, improving housing accessibility, addressing generational poverty, using data to improve systems, understanding new state housing legislation, and advancing collective impact strategies.
