Oracle minded. Open hearted. A little bit otherworldly.



Gather together and let your voice be heard. We will start in the Bloomington Yoga Collective, our suite mate across the hall, with some soft movements and sound, to get our energies aligned. Moving over to oak. - our singing circle will use simple songs that are uplifting, inspiring and revolutionary. Lyrics will be provided. We will pull an oracle card to set our focus for the circle and then allow our sound to rise and shift the vibration. The singing will be soft, powerful, rowdy, loud and authentic, and you are invited to let your voice add to the beauty of the moment.



After singing we will enjoy a soothing throat tonic from Cafe Thistle at oak and have time for a guided, heart centered conversation about our experience. No singing ability required. Just a desire to come together, make some noise and create change.



Then, join BYC afterward for Candlelit Slow Flow. Slow Flow is a vinyasa practice with a pace that is intentionally slowed, giving you time to connect with each posture, your breath, and your personal experience moment by moment. The postures will vary, but the pace always allows for deep exploration. All levels and bodies are welcome.

A beautiful way to begin the week and reset your body and mind.
