In this 90-minute event, you will begin with some meditation over the past year, bring some gentle movement into the body before transitioning into a yoga nidra experience.
 
After the nidra has come to a close, we will join in a circle to bid out 2025 with a burn bowl ceremony and welcome in 2026.
 
This event is open to all skills and abilities. No previous yoga experience required.
 
Cost: $25*

*Zoom is available, but you will not be able to join the burn bowl part of the event.

Yoga Nidra is a process where the student has the opportunity to deeply relax without falling asleep. Sometimes referred to as ‘yogic sleep’ the individual practicing yoga nidra is guided through a prolonged meditation specifically designed to keep you relaxed and aware. This transformative practice is accessible to all levels of experience and has become highly popular as a form of guided meditation in a reclined position. Students are encouraged to make themselves as comfortable as possible by eliminating any distractions-even the distractions of the body.
Yoga nidra offers many benefits: relaxation, stress reduction, muscle release and can reduce anxiety, insomnia or some pain.
