Here's what makes this class unique: adorable goats! These playful creatures will roam freely during your 45-minute yoga session, adding an extra dose of fun and cuddles (if they choose!). Deepen your exhale as a goat might playfully nudge you or even hop on your back!
No yoga experience necessary! Our certified instructor will guide you through poses suitable for all levels. After the invigorating session, unwind with a relaxing 15-minute cuddle time with the goats – perfect for photo ops and unforgettable memories!
The goats will be dressed in their best fall flannels and you should too!
