Try your hand at tabletop storytelling in our Intro to D&D workshop, get creative painting miniatures and decorating dice, or trade cards in a Magic: The Gathering swap. If video games are more your speed, we will have a Mario Kart competition and a Pokémon GO! excursion that will turn the Museum into your very own Safari Zone.

Looking for something more relaxed? An extensive selection of board and yard games will also be available for guests check out and play with friends.

Enjoy with classic gamer-themed refreshments while exploring living culture from our Museum’s collections. Whether you’re a seasoned gamer or just getting started, there’s something here for everyone, so stop on by!

Parking Information:

Limited complimentary parking is available in front of the museum entrance off Indiana Avenue. Street parking is free on weekdays after 5:00 PM in the neighborhoods surrounding the Museu​m. Paid parking options include the McCalla Building lot off Indiana Avenue, the Indiana Memorial Union lots, and the Poplars Parking Garage. Metered street parking is also available in the downtown/Sample Gates area, along Kirkwood Avenue, East 6th Street, East 4th Street, North Lincoln Street, North Dunn Street, and South Grant Street.
