I am so thrilled to bring back Ecstatic Dance in 2026 at a new location: Windfall Dance Studios!
Our intention is the same: to move the body intuitively without judgement. This is a musical dance journey designed to gently invite our true selves to be seen through freedom of expression. Absolutely NO prior dance experience necessary. This practice is for ALL beings and ALL bodies.
Please come with the following guidelines at heart:
RESPECT: Allow yourself and others to have the freedom of individual experience.
CONSENT: Look for a yes, respect a no. Connection is encouraged, and always optional.
PRESENCE: No recording. Please save verbal conversation for outside the dance space.
There will be a low sensory meditation space with soft pillows, blankets, and tea offered.
