- **Event Description**: Phil Thompson is an internationally acclaimed pop-pianist and vocalist.  He has toured the globe performing at venues such as Mandalay Bay and Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Vienna's Royal Imperial Palace, the US Open Tennis Tournament in New York, and the MGM Grand Macau and the Shanghai Rolex Masters tennis tournament in China which led to a featured article in the October 2013  Cosmopolitan Magazine - Hong Kong. Phil has also headlined on several specialty-themed cruise events and served as an opening act for artists including the David Foster, The Tenors, Brian McKnight, Charice, and Clay Aiken to name a few. In his spare time Phil believes in giving back to his community. Emmy award-winning guitarist Billy McLaughlin is the leader of SimpleGifts, a six-member ensemble that has gained a loyal following for its acoustic, instrumental, and vocal renditions of yuletide carols, hymns, and seasonal favorites such as Carol of the Bells, Silent Night, and God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen. The ensemble uses its Celtic whistle, piano, acoustic guitar, violin and voices to combine traditional folk music with a variety of modern elements. On his own, Billy is an innovative performer and composer whose uniquely skillful, but unorthodox guitar playing has opened doors around the world. Music from the group's most recent CD, This Christmastide, and previous five critically acclaimed releases will be featured. Local music critic Jim Walsh, in a MinnPost article, characterized the ensembles' previous CD, WinterGrace, as "one of the most elegant and listenable Christmas collections of this or any year."

Tickets for the event are $30 for individual tickets, $25 for groups of 10 or more, and $48 per person for groups of 10 or more who wish to have a lunch buffet before the show. We also have special VIP tickets for $42.50.
