This month, we'll be playing and discussing "Smushi Come Home". "Smushi Come Home" is available to play at the Video Game Station at the Downtown Library leading up to, and during, our meeting. To enhance our experience, we'll begin our session with a presentation from Jules Erwin, naturalist and adjunct faculty at Indiana University Bloomington. When we think of adventures, we look at the landscape for its ruggedness and resources and anticipate an epic journey of discovery. But not every epic journey has to be on a grand scale; sometimes the best adventures are just exploring the forest floor. We'll look at some of the coolest Indiana plants and mushrooms you could encounter if you just stand around and look down! Food, medicine, and a million other uses are to be found in the flora right by our feet.

Video game summary:
"Play as a tiny lil' mushroom who's lost in the forest and can't find its way home. Explore unique areas freely at your own pace, chat with friendly inhabitants, and take on different adventures to get back home!"
