Building the Skill of Asking: A Training Approach to Strong, Strategic Requests

Asking well is one of the most important professional skills — and one many of us struggle with. In this interactive, hands-on workshop, Tatiana will share practical tools for making clear, confident, and strategic requests in professional settings.

Through real examples and exercises, attendees will learn techniques they can immediately apply in their work and professional relationships.

Tatiana teaches Cross-Cultural and Business Communication at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and has reached more than 10 million learners worldwide through her LinkedIn Learning courses.

She also produces weekly content on LinkedIn including a newsletter with 65,000+ subscribers and a live show reaching audiences from 33 countries worldwide.

As a corporate trainer and professional speaker she has worked with organizations including Cognizant, Ralph Lauren, Procter & Gamble, Red Bull, and many more.
