AUTHENTIC VOICEWORK®: Yoga of the Voice

Authentic Voicework®: Yoga of the Voice - a therapeutic sound healing modality that explores vocal play with a somatic approach; instilling a deeper connection between body, breath, and voice, stimulating the psycho-somatic benefits of singing. As an extension of your body and breath, singing can move your essence to flow and your authentic self to be shared with the world.
Drawing from Nāda yoga, this yogic practice can lead to deep and powerful transformation. While singing connects us with our breath, body and life force, it also shares our spark of divine essence with community. Founded in basic singing techniques, meditation, sound healing, expressive arts therapy theory, Kundalini and Nāda yoga, Authentic Voicework cultivates and deepens the relationship with the voice as a tool of healing, and yields experiences of meditation through singing and music.
