Arthritis Foundation Walk with Ease

Join us for Walk With Ease, an evidence-based program developed by the Arthritis Foundation in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that helps you create a routine to stay active + healthy. You'll learn a safe, relaxing and enjoyable way to make walking part of your everyday life.

Walk With Ease can help you:
- Reduce joint pain
- Increase balance, flexibility, strength and stamina
- Learn to walk safely and at your own pace
- Build confidence around being physically active

From March 24 - April 29, join us every Tuesday, Wednesday + Thursday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Meet at the Mall of America Wellness check-in location near Southeast Court. Each meeting will start with a small education session, followed by walking as a group.

The class is FREE, but registration is required.
