You're invited to Hoosier Chess Academy’s Donor & Parent Open House and Gala — a celebration of growth, community, and the future of school chess in Bloomington!

Location: University Elementary School, 1111 N Russell Rd, Bloomington, IN
Join us for:
- A 2025 Year-in-Review presentation featuring student impact stories
- Chess puzzle stations and student demos
- Recognition of our 2025 donors and volunteers
- A preview of our 2026 school sites and goals
- A short fundraising moment supporting spring chess scholarships, equipment, and program expansion
- Light refreshments and a chance to meet coaches, students, and fellow supporters
Why Attend?
Whether you’re a parent, educator, donor, volunteer, or friend of HCA, this event is your chance to see firsthand how chess is helping Bloomington kids build confidence, focus, and community — and how you can help ensure those opportunities grow in 2026.
Ways to Give (Optional):
- PAWN ($1–100): Chess sets & starter materials
- KNIGHT ($101–500): Tournament support
- BISHOP ($501–1K): Partially fund a school site
- ROOK ($1K–2K): Fully fund one school site
- QUEEN ($2K–5K): Expand to a new school
- KING ($5K–10K): Support junior coach training
- GRANDMASTER ($10K+): Multi-site growth support
