- **Event Description**: Join us on April 28th at 6:30 at Duvall Farms located at 6555 State Route 5&20 Bloomfield where Heather, owner of Homemade by Heather will be here teaching the art of sourdough making, discard recipes and inclusions. 
$25 Per Person.
The class will be appx 1.5 hours. 
You will get your own starter, enjoy delicious sourdough samples and take home a loaf to cold proof (in a proofing container) to bake at home and learn the different stages of the dough. You will be educated on what to look for in terms of a perfect loaf. You will also learn the proper way to add seasons and flavors (inclusions) during class or when you get home. Finally you will learn how to "feed" your starter so you can make loaves every week! In addition to this amazing class, everyone who attends will be entered to win a handmade gorgeous sourdough bread knife made by HJB Woodworks ($25 Value)
