Our Yoga programs are for every body. Grounded by Yoga shares a Yoga/Meditation is for healing internally and/or externally. It is non-competitive; thereby everyone practices at his or her own pace. Your guides are particularly aware of the individual needs and abilities of each student.

Yoga & Meditation are a process, not a goal. You will be in a compassionate environment filled with support and other students that are beginner’s too! We are practicing to wake up to our own beauty and capacities and also to the beauty around us.
