?As the wheel of the year turns toward Samhain and Halloween, the veil between worlds grows thin. This is an invitation to embark on a journey inward. This sacred time calls us to meet our shadow selves: the hidden desires, emotions, and unaccepted aspects of our being waiting to be acknowledged and embraced.

In this immersive workshop, we will:
✨ Journal to uncover truths within
✨ Dance to awaken the body’s wisdom
✨ Meditate and journey inward
✨ Share Reiki and energy healing
✨ Surrender into the vibrations of a soothing sound bath

?️Together, we will create a safe and supportive circle where women of all ages and abilities are welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, more whole, and deeply connected. ✨
