I’m excited to help sponsor FitFest 2026 at the Mandell JCC alongside my colleague Dr. Petar Yanev — a fun, welcoming morning focused on fitness, wellness, and community.
This event is free and open to everyone and includes short group fitness classes, kids’ activities, wellness vendors, giveaways, and plenty of opportunities to try something new, no matter your age or fitness level.
As an orthopedic surgeon and interventional physiatrist, Petar and I see every day how important movement, strength, and staying active are to long-term health. FitFest is a great way to bring people together, get moving, and make wellness accessible and enjoyable for the whole community.
