Chacoan Archaeoastronomy and the Salmon Ruins Solstice Marker
The San Juan County Historical Society has teamed up with the museum to offer an evening of Summer Solstice celebration. Snacks and drinks available for purchase, live solstice-themed music by Charlie Stacey, short presentations about solstice observations in Chaco Canyon and Salmon Ruins, and a guided site tour are all part of the event! Wines of the San Juan will be there and we hope you will too!
