Proposal submissions from P-12 teacher leaders, professional development directors and providers, teacher affinity groups, PLC leaders, teacher mentors, and higher education partnerships and institutions should investigate and discuss what teacher preparation and development looks like for neurodivergent students and educators. This convening aims to explore the critical intersection of school culture with the cultivation of an informed teacher workforce capable of meeting the needs of neurodiverse teachers and students.
