At The Art of Mental Health workshops, local artists will lead us through creating unique art pieces while a Monarch Behavioral Health clinician teaches a restorative mental health practice aimed to refuel our reserves, giving us more resilience in mental health. These events are all about connection and creation.  Bring a friend or meet a new one; this space is for laughter, reflection and creation.
